This is not a recipe post..well not yet. I am in the midst of creating what I think will be a masterpiece of mine. Homemade Lemon Cheesecake with a drizzled streusel topping and poppy seeds. This is my first attempt at making homemade cheesecake with eggs and cream cheese baked. This is not out of the box and into the fridge. Come on now..that's cheating. ;) I would resort to that for a quick fix company coming over deal.

I will showcase this once complete. Tic toc tic toc...40 min of baking time left.
