Cherry Glazed Salmon

2 Tbsp. Cherry Preserves
1 1/2 tsp. Chili Sauce
Couple Pinches of a Asian powder for some heat
1. I put a little kosher salt and pepper on the Salmon and just cooked on both sides on a nonstick sprayed pan. For the last minute of cooking, skin side down, I glazed the Salmon with the cherry mixture and just let it simmer there. You may leave it a little longer. Just enough for juices to make their way through the Salmon.
I enjoyed the combo of flavors in this. I think it would be good for a new twist to meatballs or even make a BBQ sauce with it for a surprising twist to chicken. Mmmmm.
