So it starts

Finally! I'm posting something. I've been wrestling with indecisive thoughts for months now on how to set up my cooking blog. So for now this is it. As time goes by, I will be making adjustments and try to update weekly if not daily thoughts, notes, cooking tips along with recipes and photos.

Recipes will be an eclectic variety. A bit of Cuban flair which is what I grew up on, a bit of my creations and much other recipes that I enjoy from other cooks and professional chefs.

So I hope you take the time and give me feed back on what you would like to see or learn more of.
