Mac & Cheese

So today I wanted a quick on what was going on a very late lunch. So I bought a Roasted Chicken from Meijers. Which by the way I don't recommend, Sam's Club is much more flavorful and moist. Along with the Chicken, I decided out of all days to make homemade Mac & Cheese for the first time. For the most part is was good. Very cheesy! I added a brick of Monterey Jack, Colby Jack & Sharp Cheddar. I then added a shredded Mild Cheddar on top. Made it with Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta. Only thing is that I thickened it too much. Needed more milk and less thick and Mmmm..perfect it would have been. I would like to change up the cheese a bit. Make a buttered crumb crust with Parmesan and bake it.
