Chocolate Panini

Really, does this need anymore of a introduction. It is the best adult version of a smore I could have come up with. Nothing really special to it and I could jazz it up some more. Smore is simple and sweetly satisfying. The same goes with this baby. Goes with a coffee or even some hot chocolate. Gosh..it was so good..it didn't even last long enough to take an after photo! Haha!

Chocolate Panini

2 slices of Ciabatta bread
2 tbsp of Whipped cream cheese
4-5 pieces of Hershey bars

Heat up a panini maker or a plan. Assemble the panini with cream cheese added on one of the bread slices. Place the chocolate so each bite gets a nice serving of the that dark beauty. Place second slice on top and put it on the cookware you use.

If you don't have the panini maker, just heat up the pan..real hot! Place the sandwich on there and with the back of another pan press down on the bread. Once starts getting toasty color with darker edges flip and do same on other side. If using the panini press, just get the desired grill marks.

Its really that simple! You could add Nutella to it, which is a chocolate hazelnut spread, perhaps add some sliced strawberries and dust the top with powdered sugar. I will probably end up making another version of this one day. Gosh..its really that good! You'll never want another graham cracker and marshmallow again. Perfect combo of chocolate sweetness, with creaminess of the cheese and subtle savoriness of the crusty bread! Yummy to the tummy!
